Quitting help?

I recently ran into this web site today, and figured I would question y'all on it. After you check out the site let me know your take on whether to try it out or not.

Take care....sorry for the lack of posts, but I'm in the process of moving. I will be in my new place by Saturday. If you do not have my new address, please send me an e-mail and I will be happy to let you in on my secret city hidaway.

I've seen a few things saying that smokeless tabacco isn't any better. I think you should research it more. I'm glad you decided to quit!! :)

When looking at that web site, I wasn't talking so much about his method to quit, but the niccotine-free dip substitute he's offering for $1.

For the record, smokeless tobacco in it's own way is just as harmful as smoking.

I tried some similar stuff I bought in a military commisasry a few years ago. It solved theproblem of having something to chew on as well as something to spit. But when I spit it out I still craved the dip. So went back to dipping just trying to keep it at a inimum with tiny bits at a time. GOTDAM that Griz is nasty stuff! I triedKodiak-liked it better but not crazy about wintergreen.

More companies to suck money out of you. Free trials never end up free. you'll end up with 5 boxes in the mail and will have to pay. You want something to suck on or chew - go buy gum and save money. Or, stay busy - no time to dip and spit means no dipping.

It's definitely worth a shot, and if you really want to quit, you'll be able to, no matter what stop-smoking aids you use. Good luck! I know you can do it!
